Raising standards, not standing still.

Three specialist programmes.
One shared purpose.

Since TAG was founded in 2019, it has grown from a specialist frontline intervention into a wider social enterprise focused on practice improvement, workforce development and behavioural learning. Each programme has its own purpose and identity. Together, they turn frontline experience into stronger relationships, more confident practice and better outcomes.

From frontline practice to wider influence

We do not just deliver impact.
We improve the conditions in which it happens.

TAG combines measurable outcomes, professional judgement, safeguarding and real-world delivery. We prove what works, protect its quality, share the learning and use success to raise standards more widely.

Practice first.
Always.
Why TAG exists

We started by changing individual lives.
Then widened the influence.

The Baxter Project showed what becomes possible when children experiencing adversity are met with patience, trust and evidence-informed practice. As the work grew, schools asked how those approaches could be shared more widely, practitioners wanted practical skills rather than theory alone, and partners wanted stronger evidence.

Each question became another part of TAG. Today, our work extends from frontline intervention into workforce development, behavioural innovation and organisational improvement.
